GeodeMapsGeodeMaps computes the geodesic distance between two phylogenetic trees, and was described in my thesis Distance Computation in the Space of Phylogenetic Trees. Download GeodeMaps, version 0.2. (Unzip the download, and follow the installation instructions in the included manual.) Please let me know if you have any questions, suggestions, or comments, although I am unlikely to release another version of GeodeMaps, as GTP is much faster.
