Tree Set Viz : Visualizing Tree Space

The software developed runs as part of Mesquite, a modular software package for evolutionary analysis developed by Wayne and David Maddison.

TreeSetViz Installation Instructions:

• Once Mesquite is installed and the Tree Set Viz files have been downloaded and decompressed, move the folder called “treecomp” to the Mesquite program folder “Mesquite_Folder/mesquite”. When Mesquite is reopened and a file is loaded, the Tree Set Visualization module should be accessible in the “Taxa&Trees” menu.
