The Seminar will meet Fridays from
10:30-12:00 in the Spring semester of 2006.
There will be lectures
by students and faculty on the following topics:
- Normal Families
- Schwarz' Lemma
- Extremal length
- Quasiconformal
mappings
This is a non-credit
informal seminar for students considering working in complex analysis
and related subjects. Students will be expected to have completed
a full year course in complex analysis.
The seminar will be based on the textbook
