Simplices at infinity for CAT(0) cube complexes
Mark Hagen (McGill)
Abstract:
For a simply-connected, nonpoitively-curved, we define a combinatorial analogue of the Tits boundary. This "simplicial boundary" is a simplicial complex encoding cubical flat sectors in the cube complex. I will discuss some properties of the simplicial boundary and an application to divergence of groups acting properly and cocompactly on cube complexes.
